The
Tomahawk™ Directional feeder
is designed to feed in a forward pattern, in areas where a 360 pattern
is not required. The Tomahawk 360 is designed to feed in areas where a
complete 360 area needs to be covered. The Tomahawk™ is built of a high
impact composite material for rugged, dependability and life-long
service. This feeder offers a high-torque motor which will throw feed
up to 50-feet. The Tomahawk™ utilizes an LCD screen for programmed
feedings up to 4 times per day and with run times of 1 to 20 seconds
per feeding. The Tomahawk™ is shipped ready-to-be-used with a 6-volt
lantern battery (not included). Optional C-cell and AA battery packs

S-250 Hopper Only
The
S-250 was designed for heavy feeding environments with it's durable
all-metal construction. We also created a large hopper to allow for
fewer trips to the feed site thus less disruption of the wildlife. This
unit will accept all On Time® Feeders.
The On Time feeder comes ready
to assemble and is appropriate for 4 season use.
Batteries are not included,
but depending upon the outside temperatures and the frequency of use,
it is
possible to get 3 to 6 months out
of a set of 11 fresh AA batteries.
The On Time feeder is designed
to mount on any 4" hole and has four holes pre drilled. The unit also
includes
the necessary mounting hardware
and the funnel that connects to the feeder.
The unit can accept any size
feed, even "dirty" corn and is adjustable to spread in circles from 25
to 135
feet. The analog unit can be set
to activate up to 12 times a day, but you would need to buy extra clips
that are used to set the time. 3
clips come with the unit and you can buy extra clips in packages of 5
for
$4.95 per package. You will need
one clip per time setting.
The replacement timer on the
analog unit is called the "module"
and is available for $45.00 +
$8.00 shipping with the U.S.
There are several containers
available: a 40 lb hanging container, a 225 lb container that can be
purchased either as a hanging
unit or with tripod legs, as well as a 600 pound ranch hopper.
The legs on the On Time tripod
feeder have three 30 inch extensions. The On Time tripod feeder doesn't
come with a winch, however, there
are several ways to fill it. Some people stand on the back of a truck or
an ATV. Others use a step ladder.
While others collapse one of the two piece
legs in order to lower the
container for filling.
There is no critter cage
available, however, the design is such that critters aren't much of a
problem.
