Trophy Whitetail: 8 point or better. 16" minimum inside spread.
The price is $2000 with a 50% deposit required to hold your dates. 
The second 50% is due upon arrival.
Because this ranch is managed for trophy whitetail, there is a $500
penalty if you shoot a deer with less than a 16" inside spread. Bring a $500
penalty fee in case you see a unique whitetail that you just have to have. 

Note:
If you do not shoot a trophy whitetail, 50% ($1000) of your money will be refunded. 

This is a 2 day hunt. Arrive Friday at 2 pm. Check in and site in your rifle.
Hunt Friday until dark. Hunt Saturday and Sunday morning. Check out at noon
Sunday.

Meals and lodging are provided. You will be staying in a bunk house on the
ranch. Accommodations are not fancy, but they are clean and comfortable.

This is a free range hunt on parcels of land that range from 200 to 600 acres.
You will be hunting from tripods, ground blinds and box blinds.

This hunt trip is semi-guided. A guide will take you to  and pick you up from your stand. You are the decision maker. In other words, no one is going to sit with you and tell you which Buck to shoot.

The location of this hunt is in South Texas. The name of the town is George West
in Live Oak County just 1 ½ hours south of San Antonio. You will be right on the
Nueces River, so fishing is an option when you are not hunting.

A party of 8 people can book this ranch exclusively.

You also have your choice of a second animal at no cost: hog, javelina, turkey,
mountain lion, bobcat or coyote. Each additional animal is $200.

Hog hunting year round except deer season. 2 day package with meals and lodging:
$500.

Spring turkey 2 day package with meals and lodging: $500.  1 Gobbler, each
additional gobbler is $100.

Stove, Refrigerator, Bar-B-Que pits, etc.

Furnished Bunk House (not the Holiday Inn, but it's very clean). 

Blinds and feeders included. 
Guide will take you to and from your stand.

You will not have a guide to hold your hand
and tell you which Buck to shoot.

There will be no alcohol allowed during the hunting hours on any ranch.
This rule is of course for your safety and others.

      We expect at least a 90 % harvest between 5 ranches. To secure any hunt, a 50% deposit is required (NON-REFUNDABLE). 
If for some reason you can't make your hunt, at the time scheduled, you may re-schedule your hunt to a later time with at least a 30 day written notice prior to your scheduled time to hunt.
